About the role:
The Allocations Officer plays a critical role in ensuring disability support workers are assigned efficiently to provide high quality support outcomes for our clients.
Opportunity
We currently have a Permanent Full Time opportunity for an Allocations consultant to join our Sydney Office (hybrid working days). Initially it will start of at 3 days and gradually into full time days and hours. You will be part of a busy team within the rostering unit department. You will constantly be engaging with our pool of Support workers and Clients reporting and planning to cover adhoc or future rostered shifts through our rostering system.
Must Have Skills:
- Customer Service and Administration
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of staff to meet best outcomes for clients;
- Previous experience in allocations or rostering are advantageous not essential
- Experience working in a high-paced, customer service/call centre environment;
- Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, and written communication skills;
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills;
Ideal candidate:
- Ability to interact with External and Internal clients professionally
- Minimum 6 months experience in administration or similar role
- A high level of motivation and drive to support and coordinate a wider team
- Strong written and vocabulary skills
- Knowledge of community services or the disability support sector will be highly advantageous not essential
