About us
As a long-established provider of experienced, qualified, and compassionate care workers, Crewe Sharp provide agency staff to Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) and Home and Community Care (HACC) across Australia.
Our Regional Victoria branch is located in the picturesque Torquay, we are seeking another super star to join our rapidly growing agency allocations team on a full-time basis.
Duties include, but are not limited to
- Answer calls and provide prompt service to our RACF and HACC clients.
- Enter requested shifts both single and bulk bookings with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Allocate shifts from our Entire HR Workforce database for staff to accept (training will be provided)
- Administration tasks
Skills required to fulfil this role
- Microsoft Office, administration based knowledge and good with computers/technology.
- Data entry skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Outstanding communication with a bubbly professional telephone manner.
- Work well within a team and autonomously.
- Be proactive and look outside the square when allocating shifts.
- Previous experience rostering/scheduling and sales would be an advantage but not essential.
