AddressJob Opportunity: Alternate Funding Specialist with Entrepreneurial Drive
Do you excel in sourcing Alternative Funding, tech funding, and making a significant impact? A passionate Entrepreneur? We’re seeking an Alternate Funding Specialist with demonstrated results to join our team on a possible retainer but principally a success-based remuneration arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Raise Property Development Capital: Utilize your expertise to connect with investors, local and international to secure funding for current and future property development projects.
- Raise Tech Fund Capital: We have the tech ideas and designed. We need you to secure the capital they need to thrive.
- Raise Working Capital: Assist our business in accessing working capital to fuel our growth and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing alternate funds.
- Strong network of potential investors, principally off-shore.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project-based goals.
- Results driven with maximum impact.
