Amazon & Marketplace Account Manager

TWENTY TWENTY, a leading Amazon and marketplace agency, is looking for an Amazon & Marketplace Manager with a keen eye for growth and a passion for digital commerce. This role is ideal for those who love diving into details, strategising for success, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.

We've had a number of new clients join us in recent months and we're now looking to expand our team in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. 
 

What You'll Do:

• Support and collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement growth-focused strategies, ensuring a seamless blend of marketing, content, and inventory management.
• Proactively identify client needs, offering timely solutions and guiding them through to successful completion.
• Utilise your deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive decisions and coach clients on key business drivers.
• Lead projects with precision, managing timelines and deliverables while maintaining strong communication with clients.

Who You Are:

• With at least 3 years in account management or sales, your experience shines in client services and strategic planning.
• Your experience in Amazon's platforms and advertising solutions sets you apart, backed by your ability to articulate complex strategies into clear action plans.
• A multitasker at heart, you're adept at managing multiple clients and priorities, always with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
• Your interest in the eCommerce and marketing space drives you to continuously learn and innovate.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft suite and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar is plus.
• We will consider candidates coming back from maternity leave and who might need flexible working arrangements, even part-time to start with.
