Permanent Full-time. AVCRO has just hired 18 Engineers starting on the 15th of January, and WE REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 20 ENGINEERS.
This is your opportunity to graduate into Commercial Jet Aircraft Maintenance in Melbourne, Australia. You must live or be satisfied to relocate to Melbourne, at your expense.
20 positions are available! License outcomes are available for various types to the right candidates. Seven recently recruited Engineers are on Type Courses.. AVCRO is serious about developing a sustainable local Aviation Industry at our expense.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and accountability to AVCRO's Line and Base Maintenance Managers, Check Co-Ordinator and Zone Co-Ordinators
- Work with Certifying Staff for safe and efficient maintenance outcomes
- Being responsible for your work and your environment
Experience/Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an aircraft maintenance environment of any description, i.e. Component Shop, Engine Shop, GA Workshop etc
- The ability to follow instructions, as well as consistently motivate and work with your team for successful outcomes
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholder groups
- Strong computer skills & literacy
