Position:Marketing Executive
Location: Newstead, Brisbane
Type: Full time
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Craft comprehensive marketing plans to promote our projects, working with creative agencies
- Campaign management: Oversee marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment
- Content creation: Produce compelling content for digital and social media platforms, including websites, brochures, newsletters, updates, etc.
- Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights that drive strategic decisions
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage promotional events, launches, and other marketing activities
- Collaborate: With sales teams, external consultants and across the business to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation
- Social Media focus: Leverage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Experience: Marketing experience, preferably within the property development and real estate sector. Exposure to high-end or luxury product will be highly regarded. We are seeking a person competent in developing content for products such as Canva, Adobe, etc.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Project Management: Strong project management skills and attention to detail with a hands-on approach to execution.
You will report directly to the CEO, a highly experienced property professional who is currently the Vice-President of the Property Council of Australia (Queensland) who will personally mentor you. You will have the opportunity to work with high-profile creative agencies and an award-winning PR firm to bring visionary projects to life. You will be part of a team that delivers on some of Brisbane’s most exciting and prestigious projects in iconic locations. The development pipeline is in excess of $1Bn.
