SalaryA family owned food processing equipment and consumable supplier is currently searching for an energetic Administration Assistant.
The Role This is a full-time position reporting to the Office Manager. This role supports various members of the team with all things associated to sales orders and inquiries. The Administration Assistant is also responsible for handling and directing customer phone inquiries, some sales invoicing, creating sales reports and many other general office duties required in running a busy sales office.
The Person Are you a helpful team player who understands the value of delivering outstanding customer service? Are you task orientated with an eye for accuracy? Do you get a kick out of problem solving, and enjoy organising all the ‘moving parts’ so that the office runs smoothly?
Do you have great coordination skills, embrace procedures and systems, don’t mind juggling many balls at once and still manage to meet the highest priorities with a smile? And, do you perceive challenges early, and embrace obstacles with an optimistic outlook? If this sounds like you then we need to speak to you because we need a ‘can-do’ person now for this very important role.
Skills & Experience
Must be able to communicate very effectively at all levels from truck driver to CEO.
Must be able to coordinate many tasks at once so high level organisational skills will be a must.
Must work well in a fast paced environment and cope well when the pressure is on.
Experience using Excel will be valued highly.
Experience working with a CRM will be valued highly.
Someone who is looking to grow and develop in line with the business is a must.
Previous experience using PRONTO a definite advantage.
