About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for the full-time position ofAdmissions and Documentation Coordinator at our McKenzie home in Rosebud. This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN that no longer wants to be in hands on care.

This is a Full Time 12 Month contract.

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents whilst working within and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Our residents deserve the very best nursing care, and our Nurses are an integral part of our care team. 

About You

To be successful, you'll need:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Post registration experience in aged care highly desirable.
• Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills with the ability to be an effective leader and mentor of a multidisciplinary team.
• An ability to facilitate and coordinate all admissions to the home whilst delivering a superior level of customer service to new residents and their families or representatives.
• High levels of assessment and care planning skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care legislation and aged care accreditation standards.
• A ‘basic’ knowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) model and how it works.

Please note: This role is very well supported by our ANACC Support Officer and our Group Manager. 

The Home 

Rosebrook is a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 30 Mins from Frankston and 40 mins from Cranbourne. Rosebrook is an easy drive down the Mornington Peninsula Freeway.
