SalarySpecialists with a cardio-thoracic anaesthesia sub-speciality for a permanent full-time role, 80 hours per fortnight. Your new role will be to deliver high quality anaesthetic and perioperative care with a special focus on Adult Cardiac Surgery and Perioperative Echocardiography.
- Generous remuneration package value up to $564,048 p.a (inclusive of base salary, super @ 12.75%, 5 weeks annual leave + leave loading, rural attraction allowance, retention allowance, Vehicle allowance, CPD allowance)

- Approximately 400 open heart procedures a year are performed by the Cardiothoracic Surgical Service
- More than 100 thoracic procedures p/a
- An active interventional cardiology service
- The only cardiothoracic surgical service north of Brisbane
- Is the referral centre for Northern Queensland's growing and diverse population.
- Specialist registration with AHPRA
- FANZCA preferred
- Demonstrated experience and recency in anaesthesia for Adult Cardiac Surgery and Perioperative Transoesophageal Echocardiography.
