About the role
Roy Hill is currently seeking an Analyst Business Systems SAP FICO& SAP Security to join the team on a Monday to Friday roster based in Perth. Reporting to the Principal Business Systems & Process, you will be responsible for providing support to the Finance team as the key point of contact for SAP and business process queries and taking a lead role on the data governance process.
Duties
- Support the Finance team to ensure that SAP FICO and other key business system interfaces are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain the security profile for SAP Finance and support the GM Finance and Principal Business Systems & Process with managing SAP security across all SAP modules
- Monitor compliance with system controls across all SAP modules
- Represent Finance and collaborate with Technology during the planning, development, testing and implementation phases of break fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and new Technology applications
- Initiate and recommend opportunities to simplify and improve systems, processes, and reporting tools
Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology related field
- SAP business analyst experience supporting SAP FICO or other modules or demonstrated ability to interact with and articulate business requirements to SAP Technology consultants (internal and external)
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing reviewing and / or improving business processes
- Knowledge of integration and interfaces between SAP FI/CO, HR/PY, SD, MM and PS modules
