Building on more than fifteen years of experience working with leading banks and insurers, Finalta combines performance benchmark data and best practice knowledge from 350 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance.
Annual benchmarking provides clients with a unique management tool to objectively assess performance against peers and quantify opportunities for improvement. Our best-practice cases illustrate how to close performance gaps and give clients a roadmap to reach world-class performance while reducing the time, cost, and risk of change.
In this role you will work with a small project team to run benchmarking projects which create strategic recommendations and actionable insights for some of the biggest banks in the world.
You will be matched with 4-6 banking clients and help build our relationship with those clients. This includes regular interactions to understand their business and eventually presenting results to them (with support from senior colleagues).
You will be given high levels of responsibility from the start, liaising with our clients to gather data, conduct research, perform quantitative analysis, produce deliverables and executive presentations.
The role will involve market analysis, use of performance data and best practice case studies to create compelling insights. These help our clients set priorities, performance targets, make strategic decisions, and make the case for change.
You will develop banking industry expertise, client management experience, and eventually people management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Recent graduate or 2 years of experience in strategy, market research, consulting, financial services or similar industries
- A keen interest in banking and financial services
- Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, and ability to manage your time to produce high-quality work to deadlines would be desirable traits
- Fluency in English and excellent writing skills is an added advantage
