This role is critical in supporting our financial planning and decision-making processes through analysis, budgeting, and strategic advice.
- Assist in formulating budgetary and accounting policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements for presentation to the board of directors, management, shareholders, and statutory bodies.
- Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports, and undertake audits.
- Advise on financial aspects of business acquisitions, mergers, capital financing, insolvency, and taxation.
- Examine operating costs and income/expenditure to provide strategic financial insights.
- Ensure accuracy and statutory compliance of financial reports.
- Offer financial and taxation advice tailored to our business structures and operations.
- Liaise with financial institutions and brokers to manage funds effectively.
- Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls.
- Appraise financial risk and cash flow for capital investment projects.
