PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Provide a professional service to the Northern Territory Electricity Market stakeholders including the calculation and preparation of
market settlements, facilitating customer transfers between retailers, data provision and analysing, and general administrative
duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The “WHAT” to be delivered
1. Collection, analysis and preparation of metering data reports from Power and Water Corporation’s (PWC) metering systems,
customer information system and associated databases.
2. Completion of monthly reporting requirements, including developing settlements statements for Market Participants.
3. Provide general administrative assistance to the Market Operator Team.
4. Maintain and promote a high standard of quality and timely client services including responding to Market Participant enquiries
and information requests (by phone, written correspondence and other requests).
5. Carry out duties in accordance with PWC’s safety and environmental policy, safety principles, corporate values and behaviours.
