What will you do? Transaction execution, new business presentations and meetings, and other such dutiesDeveloping and reviewing financial models, conducting research and analyzing data to assist senior team members to advise clientsAnalytical, due diligence and transactional support on transactions and business developmentWork with VPs and Associates in development of pitch books and related client materialsReview and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activitiesProactively identify and escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptlyBegin gaining skills to develop relationships with peers / juniors at clients, begin understanding how to develop business opportunitiesOther such duties, responsibilities and authority as may be reasonably required, consistent with your background, experience and prior business activityWhat do you need to succeed? Must-haveDegree educatedPrevious Investment Banking experience desirable, but not a requirementWilling to learn about all Investment Banking products including M&A, equity, debt, and convertible securitiesOutstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accountingHighly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requestsAbility to take initiative and function well within a teamStrong written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of the organizationMust maintain high standards of professional and ethical conductWhat’s in it for you?
