Analyst – Transformation and Investments
Your team
Customer Engagement & Digital Strategy is responsible for coordinating simplification and transformation initiatives to help the bank reduce customer complaints and calls. We work with crew leads as the link between the work and the overall strategic reporting.
This role also supports the Customer Engagement & Digital team in executing initiatives to drive culture and team engagement across CE&D.
These activities include:
Working proactively, drawing on your own judgement and input from your manager and other relevant stakeholders across CE&D.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Undertaking analysis and monitoring of key metrics to track and report on our progress against our NPS and simplification goals.
Support the annual strategic planning process, and quarterly business reporting for Digital strategy
Supporting initiatives to drive culture and team engagement across CE&D.
Update team resources (e.g. SharePoint sites, SOPs etc) and team communications documents as required

Key time management skills and ability to ensure complex projects are delivered in a timely manner.
High level of computer literacy including sound skills in: Advanced Excel / MS Access/PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data quality.
Tertiary qualified or studying towards a Business/Finance degree
Experience with producing Digital Strategy Analytics and Reports (desirable)
