This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy collaborating with multiple different business units. You will work closely with the Data and Analytics Manager and have a solutions-based mindset.Take ownership in play a fundamental part of driving continuous improvement and transparency across our vertically integrated beef supply chain. You will be working closely with the Finance, Data and Analytics Manager and key subject experts across the business. Be a part of an exciting pipeline of new development planned for Anaplan and Workiva. This role is perfect if you have a solutions-based mindset with an eye for detail.Your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan (and other platforms) dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for overseeing development guidelines and standards for Anaplan and Workiva and managing the adoption and governance of those best practices across AACo's user community.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Lead Finance representation in Business Insights Centre of Excellence (CoE). Contribute to defining the CoE's vision, goals, and aligning its roadmap with commercial priorities matrix.
- Communicate and enforce best practices for self-service reporting and analytics tools to foster data-driven decision-making culture.
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by adhering to and contributing to improving data governance and quality standards.
- Previous experience with Anaplan and Workiva.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and ability to interface well with IT professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven skills in documentation, establishing governance structure and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Previous experience working with large volumes of data.
- Experience in project delivery, data cleansing, data transformation and delivering automated financial reports.
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder (or higher) and Industry recognised senior level certifications.
