Our privately-owned boutique Early Childhood facility, Carina Heights Child Care & Development is seeking a passionate and inspiring educator to work in our Junior room (2-3 years), playing a pivotal role in supporting our services success.

We offer exceptional care and education from babies through to kindergarten and are open Monday to Friday - 52 weeks per year, 7 am to 6 pm.
The Role:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic early childhood educator who will lead the delivery of the Juniors Program, working in collaboration with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and families. The key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead, deliver and document an educational program that celebrates the power of play, recognising children’s competence and emerging skills
Lead the design of inviting learning environments and learning experiences
Foster and support children’s engagement, thinking, learning and wellbeing
Build and nurture meaningful relationships with children, families and the community
Be part of a professional and motivated team that seeks to exceed national quality standards at every opportunity.
Role Requirements:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education
A current Blue Card
Current National Police Check
An ability to implement innovative curriculum for children aged 2 to 3 years
A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework V2.0 (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and initiative.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Emergency management Certificates
