As the Anaplan Model Builder, you will drive the implementation of best-in-class Human Resources systems/solutions providing timely and accurate HR information for HR planning, decision-making, labour compliance, learning & development, and performance measurement.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Requirement definition, design, development, implementation, and ongoing production support of HR Information Systems.
- Works with HR process owners, business stakeholders, IT providers and other project teams to evaluate software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands.
- Define and implement HR processes and tools that improve team member experience.
- Deliver HR reporting and insights as a service or a solution by developing custom reports.
- Lead and contribute to priority programs or processes that impact employees at the regional or global level.
- Approve and define HR Operations content and tools.
About You:
- University degree or 10+ years equivalent related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
- Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred.
- Sound process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes, with a specialization in multiple process areas.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and consulting and quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applications, including emerging applications.
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
- Proven leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and teaching.
- Good relationship management skills with financial and business acumen.
