We are seeking a passionate, committed and versatile Anatomical Pathologist to join our team at Southern Sun Pathology QLD to help us forge a path in to our next phase of growth. This role will ideally suit someone who is passionate about skin cancer and who also has experience and capability in GI Pathology. We offer a very competitive remuneration structure and the ability for the candidate to work with the latest digital slide workflow to enable a fast, efficient working environment.
The successful applicant will be part of a focused and friendly pathology team providing a high level of service. You have an ability to develop strong working relationships with all Customers and staff. You should have comprehensive experience and training in diagnostic and consultative Anatomical Pathology services. Initially this role will include a focus on skin pathology but will broaden out to new spaces with the right person.
The successful applicant must:
- Be a registered Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Hold a Fellowship of the FRCPA or its equivalent
- Have relevant training and experience in Anatomical Pathology
- Have demonstrated commitment and high-quality patient care and commitment to Clinical Governance
- Have demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels, teamwork, and collaboration
