The Service Manager's role is to plan, manage and control the field service operations in their scope according to their targets for the Australian and New-Zealand market. Main responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of maintenance operatives to interact with customers for installation, maintenance and repair jobs.
- Lead an office based team to schedule work and order parts.
- Accountable for the variable costs of the maintenance field operations (callouts, service repairs, planned maintenance), as well as for the revenues of callout and service repairs sales.
- Ensure a safe working environment for the technicians.
- Extensive experience of service management ideally from an installation based industry
- Good technical knowledge of preventative maintenance and repair processes
- Strong OHS knowledge
