Sapio is looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage the National Service Team to ensure efficient and effectively delivery of Sapio’s services across Australia. This is a new role at Sapio allowing the successful candidate to lead the establishment and growth of the National Service Team and will consist of 6 month and 12-month internal KPIs.
Key responsibilities:
- National Service business unit owner, responsible for managing your own P&L with profitability management a key focus.
- Carry out Key Account Manager duties for our National Customers.
- Lead and develop the National Service team, with functions Onshore and Offshore.
- Liase with the CEO and key Sapio stakeholders to provide complete visibility on the operational and financial performance of the National Service delivery function.
- Assist the National Service team to meet and exceed business targets, minimum standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Demonstrate leadership for safety, revenue, profit and ensure efficiency targets are met or exceeded.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency to continually met and improve Key Performance Indictors (KPIS)
- Ensure that all direct reports are engaged in Sapio activities are fully licensed and qualified for the works and activities that they complete on behalf of Sapio.
- Ensure all staff and subcontractors maintain compliance with processes, work instructions and IT Systems and other operations standards.
To be successful you will require the following:
- NSW Security Licence
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and analysis skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who professionally interacts and collaborates with colleagues at work.
- A positive "can-do" attitude, flexible and adaptable in a consistently developing environment.
- Extensive background in Service, Project Management, Financial and Business Process experience with a background in the Security Industry/ Electronic Systems market preferred.
