We are seeking expressions of interests from candidates who would be available to assist immediately, if required, to provide assistance in community recovery efforts in the unfortunate event of a natural disaster that is due to occur.
Positions will be located in Woolloongabba predominately and contract duration's are dependent on the impact of a natural disaster.
Your new position:
Duties would include:
- Administrative support
- Grant and application processing
- Data Entry
- Inbox management
- Customer service
- Working two shifts; 6am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 9:30pm
- Working 7-day roster including weekends; 5 days on with 2 days of rest
- Staff will be rotated across the morning and afternoon shifts, and will be required for weekend work ( penalty rates apply if you work weekends)
- Working from home arrangements is not possible.
To be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following:
- Flexible with availability - able to work mornings / evenings and on weekends if required.
- Available immediately - ability to start next day if required
- Previous administration experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Have high attention to detail
- Be a fast learner and able to operative in a fast paced and changing environment
- Proven customer service experience
- $46- $71 per hour + super (A03 - A06)
- Woolloongabba location
