- Under a shared services partnership model (referred to as ‘the Partnership'), Information Technology Partners (ITP) is hosted within the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) and provides ICT and Information Management support across multiple Queensland Government agencies.
This position is a critical leadership role with accountability for managing and leading ITP, with a workforce of more than 350 people, to look after the technology needs for nearly 10,000 users across multiple agencies.
- ITP's priority is to ensure the continuity of technology service delivery and support for teams across the multiple agencies to the same high standard.
These departments include DAF, Department of Environment, Science and Innovation, Department of Resources, Department of Regional Development, Manufacturing and Water, Department of Tourism and Sport and two statutory bodies - Queensland Racing Integrity Commission and Resources Safety and Health Queensland.
- Leading ITP is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to delivering innovative and effective information technology and information management services and solutions that manage and protect the food, fibre and other natural resources of Queensland.
