THE POSITION:

Stream Healthcare is recruiting an AOD Program Facilitator for a position based in Regional Victoria! This position will suit a Social Worker, Psychologist, Counsellor or similar with a strong understanding of AOD and related complex issues. As an AOD Program Facilitator, you will work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists. The AOD Program Facilitator contributes to the screening, assessment, and intervention of AOD concerns for people. In this rewarding role, you will assist in bettering the health and wellbeing outcomes for clients.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Psychologist Counsellor, Social Workers or similar encouraged to apply
• Experience working with clients in AOD 
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
