- Hourly rate $35.76 - $39.74, depending on experience
- Based in Camperdown, Victoria
What you will do:
The Dads Matter Program is aimed at engaging fathers in the health and development needs of their children from birth to 5 years. In this role you will be a part of the core Maternal Child Health program and will contribute to the development and implantation of the Dads Matter Program within the Shire.
What you will need:
- A relevant qualification in counselling, social work, allied health or a related field or experience working with families/early years.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in group facilitation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of children’s services and/or child centred family-inclusive practice, especially with vulnerable families is highly desirable.
- Strong computing skills including the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License, working with children’s check and recent national police check (or willingness to obtain).
