Available Immediately? Our client is a Melbourne CBD based and highly regarded FMCG business looking to bolster their accounts team. Initially a temporary 3-month assignment with possibility to extend, you’ll be joining a fantastic brand, known for their positive work culture, looking for experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join their team.The Role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurate processing of high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and weekly payment runs
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Administration of Corporate Credit Card, ensuring coordination with staff to ensure cut-off deadlines are consistently met
- Maintain the AP document management and invoice approval system including setting up new users and assisting with staff training
- Perform statement reconciliations
- Ad hoc accounting and administration duties as required
- Prior experience within a high-volume end to end accounts payable position
- Ability to work independently and proficiently within a high volume environment
- Collaborate with the wider accounts team, possessing excellence communication skills via written and verbal channels
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
