Initially a temporary 3-month assignment with possibility to extend, you’ll be joining a fantastic brand, known for their positive work culture, looking for experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join their team. The Role: Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Accurate processing of high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and weekly payment runs Matching, batching, and coding invoices Administration of Corporate Credit Card, ensuring coordination with staff to ensure cut-off deadlines are consistently met Maintain the AP document management and invoice approval system including setting up new users and assisting with staff training Perform statement reconciliations Ad hoc accounting and administration duties as required Skills and experience: Prior experience within a high-volume end to end accounts payable position Ability to work independently and proficiently within a high volume environment Collaborate with the wider…
