Description
Reporting directly into the CFO, your role will include:
- Manage credit function across the APAC region (overseeing a team of 12)
- Perform credit risk assessments across strategic accounts
- Identify and lead continuous process improvement activities
- Training and developing staff members (strategic leadership is a key part of this role)
- Improve the overall collection and dispute life-cycle process to transform how the AR/Credit team works.
- Manage cross functional initiatives to effectively manage credit risk, prioritising high value risk assessments to enable strategic sales.
- Other ad hoc tasks
