Reporting into the Financial Controller the role assumes end to end financial and administrative management of the firms billings and matter management activities including maintaining of terms, monthly billings, WIP review, client reporting and WIP management.
Additionally, you will assist the wider finance team with ad-hoc related tasks where timing allows.
To be successful in this role you will have 2 years+ in billings and otherwise have Accounts Payable and Receivable experience (or accounts clerk type role). Ideally from within the professional services sector (legal, accounting or consulting).
You'll also have excellent communication skills, and exceptional customer service focus. You are experienced in the legal sector and will have and the ability to comfortably engage with senior management when required.
