APAC Project Management Officer. Join a pioneering force in healthcare, where our relentless commitment to excellence has earned us the prestigious Great Place to Work® Certified status in 2023.Reporting to the APAC DePuy Synthes Transformation Lead, this role will enable a renewed focus on innovation by creating value for the customer as well as commercial and supply chain stakeholders through activities related to portfolio lifecycle management in alignment with the DePuy Synthes APAC pre-identified transformation strategic plan.This individual will manage and oversee the implementation of the simplification of the portfolio across the various DePuy Synthes platforms. This role will be critically connected to the DePuy Synthes Transformation Office and will have collaboration with key departments in planning, communication, and program execution with all associated internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- DRI for APAC execution and delivery of portfolio transformation initiatives
- Aligns APAC region toward execution of LCM Portfolio Strategy and portfolio simplification completion.
- Establishes meaningful projects, commercial tactic and financial metrics, track performance vs plan.
- Partners closely across APAC Sales Leadership, product management and/or related functions to understand challenges and drive implementation of portfolio plan to ensure execution of transformation portfolio priorities while ensuring a robust integrated business planning process.
- Lead resolution of APAC challenges and roadblocks.
- Communicates timelines and progress across all functional partners and works closely with LCM, marketing, supply chain and other functions to drive portfolio transformation strategy forward.
ITS ALL ABOUT YOU
- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
- A minimum 8-year professional experience in marketing, sales, or related business experience is required.
- Ability to influence without direct line authority.
- Demonstrated ability to operate and manage across a variety of disciplines / departments is required.
- Strong analytical & business acumen skills; dashboarding, and pricing metrics ability is required.
- Proven ability to work in a global matrix organization and international experience is required.
- Demonstrated customer facing experience, as well as developing and leveraging customer insights is preferred .
