About the opportunity:
WesCEF is looking for a talented Application Development Manager who is passionate sharing knowledge, mentoring and keeping up with IT market trends.
You will be responsible for the strategic leadership of WesCEF’s business systems and desktop platform, specifically within project governance, system implementation, application development, enterprise integration. This is a great chance for you to come onboard and oversee the end to end delivery of IT services and functions from the customer interface.

Other responsibilities will also include:
Lead and manage IT application and Service Delivery.
Develop strategies and remedial actions to address business and technology related risks.
Review system designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems.
Oversee the management and execution of information systems projects and ultimately be accountable for the delivery of all projects.
Develop and implement governance procedures that are consistent with best practices across the IT industry.
Review and verify designs that are submitted to ensure objectives have been met.
Provide leadership, management and guidance of team members.
Implement and maintain sound budget management practices.
What you bring:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information and Communication Technology.
Previous experience in a Senior Leadership role.
Experience in leadership skills such as; guiding, coaching and managing a team.
Sound knowledge of modern ICT operational issues, trends and practices such as complex systems and cloud technologies.
Great knowledge of IT Service Delivery, trends and practices including ITIL principles and processes.
Extensive experience in Project Management, Solution Architecture, Application Implementation, Software Development and Service Delivery.
Background in; Oracle EBS, JDE, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SSRS, Power BI, PowerPlatform.
