Application Engineering Supervisor - Pumping Industry

Summary

• A prominent global manufacturer of progressive cavity pumps, munchers, and mixing technologies is in search of an Application Engineering Supervisor based in Carrum Downs, Melbourne.
• Reporting to the Sales and Aftermarket Manager, this role involves leading the applications team to provide high level customer quotations and order management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing a team of 4, you will support them in achieving KPI's, goals and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote solutions to meet customer's application and needs in a timely manner.
• Manage teams inquiries and quotes through CRM tool and follow up with regular meetings.
• Review and approve the teams quotes, orders, customer accounts set ups, credits and cases raised.
• Monitor the progress of all quotes and purchase orders entered to completion to ensure timely deliverey and customer satisfaction.
• Set KPI's with team, monitor the outcomes on regular basis and work to improive deficiencies.

Successful Candidates Will Have

• Engineering degree
• 3+ years experience in a similar role managing people with strong leadership skills
• 5+ years technical background with industrial products
• A good knowledge of the Pumping Industry and experience in tehcnical applications
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, the company's values, and mission.
