Your new role
We have a range of contact centre based positions that are critical to upholding the Bank’s You’ll be responsible for accurately inputting data into multiple systems whilst engaging with customers over the phone.
Other duties will include:
Receiving inbound calls from internal and external customers
Initiating outbound calls
Be able to follow a structured compliance process
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have a passion for providing a superior level of complaints resolution to customers with an empathetic approach. You may have a background previously working in call centres such as emergency services, government, or fast-paced responsive roles. Either way you know you are:
Customer-centric and Resilient,
Organised with good time management skills
Respectful and have high levels of accountability
