Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our warm inbound leads, helping to guide potential customers on their journey to finding their perfect motorhome. This is not a typical call center role; you'll be part of a supportive team that values your energy and ability to build genuine connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing leads through outbound calls, using your upbeat and energetic personality to make meaningful connections.
- Connect potential customers with our sales team promptly, or schedule appointments if the sales team is unavailable.
- Achieve clear KPIs focused on the number of outbound calls and appointments set each day, contributing directly to our team's success.
