Eagleheart is a unique design and construction company that transforms spaces into medical spaces for our clients across Australia. We are seeking an energetic person to join our marketing team in the role of ‘Appointment Setter & Content Creator'.
Eagleheart is situated in a brand-new building within the Casey Towers business precinct, in Melbourne’s south-east. A convenient location that avoids the city commute and peak hour traffic.
Fountain Gate shopping centre, public transport, and the M1 Monash Freeway exit/entry are all located within a few hundred meters away.
Responsibilities of the job
- Undertake outbound calls directly to Doctors, Surgeons & Specialists.
- Update and maintain data within the CRM with the aim to build on our client database.
- Scheduling appointments on behalf of the sales team.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with content creation and graphic design tasks
- Onsite visits to capture content for social media
- Taking photography and videography
- Social media planning
- Digital design & printed collateral
- Lead the planning, setup and clean up of onsite client meetings
- Manage company supplies for marketing
To be Successful for the Role, you must:
- Be humble, energetic, and courageous.
- Have a background in appointment setting and lead generation with measured results.
- Have experience with photography and videography
- Be process driven.
- Have very good communication, oral, written, computer and listening skills.
- Have the right to work in Australia with permanent Australian residency status.
- Be able to travel to our office in Narre Warren, VIC and sites throughout Australia (as required)
