IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU
Your role is to support our customers and sales team throughout the entire sales process. You will interact directly with our customers and internal teams assisting with delivering high levels of customer service and timely issue resolutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the sales team in the entering and maintenance of customer data
- Make outbound phone calls to cold/warm leads
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and web enquiries
- Harnessing and building relationships with customers
- Process sales inquiries and orders
- Coordinating new work
- Organizing samples and signing off
- Arranging art layouts (adobe illustrator experience highly favoured)
- Ordering tooling and inks
- Review pending orders and customer request
