Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, pressure driven environment.
- Creativity, Flair, Passion and commitment to excellence in Food Service.
- Availability is essential as the successful applicant must be willing and readily available to work nights, weekends and split shifts.
- Attention to detail, focused on Food Quality including an understanding of Food Safety
- Willingness to undertake a certificate III in Commercial Cookery in addition to on-the-job training.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
