Just 45 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, the spectacular resort boasts a beautiful par 73 Craig Parry designed course which weaves its way through the valley, around a network of picturesque lakes between the regional Victorian towns of Wallan and Kilmore.
We have an exciting position available for an apprenticeship. We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to succeed, enthusiasm to be able to strive for continuous improvement and committed to successfully completing their apprenticeship, - a keen interest in golf would be beneficial.
The main responsibility of this position will be to maintain the golf course and surrounds to the highest possible level. The successful applicant shall be self-motivated, punctual and have the ability to work in all conditions.
Essential skills and experience:- Driver's license
- Have the ability to follow instructions and work well with other team members.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra yard each day.
- Care for all turf areas, landscapes, gardens, learn to apply pesticides, and operate turf equipment.
- Enthusiasm for turf maintenance and environmental sustainability.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to undertake physical work.
- Love of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.

- Completing Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
