Responsibilities:
· Assist experienced painters with preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying coatings.
· Learn and apply proper painting techniques and methods.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Always follow safety guidelines and procedures.
· Complete tasks assigned by the lead painter or supervisor.
Requirements:
· No prior professional painting experience required, but a strong interest in field is preferred.
· Willingness to learn and take directions from experienced painters.
· Ability to work well in a team and independently.
· Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
· Reliable transport to and from job sites.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
