We are seeking applicants to complete a Certificate III in Engineering –Fitting and Turning or Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician commencing in January 2025. For 40 years Abbot Point Terminal has demonstrated its commitment to safety, efficiency, responsibility, and partnership with the local community. APO has been contracted by North Queensland Export Terminal to manage the operations at the port of Abbot Point – Australia’s most northerly coal port – 25 kilometres north of Bowen, between Townsville to the north and Mackay to the south. - Certificate III in Electrotechnology - Electrician

Applicants Ideally will have:
- Completed or due to complete Year 12 in 2024 with sound results in Maths and English.
- A strong desire to learn and develop new skills and ability to combine work and study commitments.
