The site is presently being renovated: Top-of-the line facilities will include brand new spray booths, Car-O-Liner system, a hoist, and plenty of parking. The site also has a full working kitchen and lunchroom, with free lunches provided regularly. The team enjoys full support from management and attractive remuneration.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Apprentice Spray Painter to join the team at Gemini Mackay

We are the industry leading business in supporting apprentices - we take pride on providing a high level of support and growing our tradespeople, you will learn the correct repair techniques and methods and receive the best training and a long-term career!

You will work alongside our skilled tradespeople learning a range of skills within our workshop, while gaining your trade qualification.

Permanent, Monday to Friday. 38 hours per week.

• Prep vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier’s process
• Prime vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier’s process
• Paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier’s process
• Buff and denib vehicle as per Job Sheet
• Upon request carry out minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet.
