About the Role
Bears Brisbane is one of our newest locations with great plans for growth. Currently we are carrying out vehicle repairs directly for vehicle manufacturers (OEM’s). The workshop is fitted out with the latest equipment, including 3 Spray booths, an infra-red arc and Glasurit water based paint system. Vehicles are brand new and in most occasions only require small cosmetic repairs. Successful candidates will operate the division unattended and report directly with Bears head office management staff.

· Tradesman Assistant Spray Painter
· Apprentice Spray Painter
Key Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to:
· Basic Quoting/Data Entry (No Experience needed)
· Vehicle refinishing tasks
To be successful in this role you will have:
· A genuine passion for the vehicle repair industry
· Experience with working towards budgets and KPI’s
· A passion for an excellent finished product and the ability to work
· Exceptional ability and pride in your work
· Ability in both painting and stripping and fitting (Preferred but not necessary)
