Apprenticeship - Certificate III Engineering (Fabrication)
Whilst undertaking a nationally recognised qualification in this area of work, the successful applicant will be working within a specialist environment, learning all aspects of the industry, while being involved in the construction of cabinets for industrial switchboards.

The details:
- Work & Training would employ you for the duration of the four-year apprenticeship.
- Full time hours – Monday to Friday.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays for the year.
- Theory training conducted by TasTAFE in one-week blocks.
- Mentoring and support provided throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
The role encompasses learning and being involved in the following tasks:
- Sheet metal work.
- Structural steel work.
- General welding.
- Workshop cleaning and maintenance;
- The completion of all theory aspects of the qualification.
Desirable:
- Cert II Engineering or partial completion.
- Drivers licence.
