This focus on client value is a key reason for our success.The role:We are currently looking for a Workflow Coordinator to join our Workplace Insurance team in our Melbourne office. This role supports the wider team TG Legal + Technology team in contributing to the efficient management of administrative work between our lawyers and assistants.The role will involve other responsibilities including:
- Promoting and implementing processes to improve efficiency in a high volume fixed fee litigation environment
- Training and on-boarding new starters
- Liaison with stakeholders on behalf of the team, including courts and other suppliers eg external document management and medico legal organisations
- Monitoring and securing internal and external technical support for systems including databases and document processing applications eg Bundledocs and Caseflow
- File opening tasks
- File transfer
- File closures and archiving supervision
- Ad hoc leave coverage for casuals, costing and other admin tasks
- Updating precedents
- Reporting
- Updating team intranet page
- Other team administration including team leave diaries, gifts and functions
- Basic skills or experience with managing and maintain workflow systems
