Due to ongoing business growth we are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and well organised individual to join our team and we are offer and Apprenticeship in Cabinet Making with an immediate Start. The individual needs to enjoy working in a team environment. We supply products to Cabinetmakers and the DIY Kitchen market. No other Western Australian – owned and operated company provides such a comprehensive range of quality products to the building trades. Proform are a midsize, 100% Western Australian family owned and operated company situated in Malaga WA. The role reports to our Factory Team Leader.

Do an Apprenticeship in Cabinet Making

Main Job tasks, requirements and responsibilities:

• We have Woodworking Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machinery.
• Be able to manufacture Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, Wardrobe Componentry and Postformed Benchtops using various types of automated machinery that Drill, CNC Routers, Cut and Edge melamine chipboard for Cupboards, Doors and Benchtops to be installed in Kitchens, Laundry’s, Bathrooms and Commercial Fit outs.
• Potential Operation one of 8 Homag or Morbidelli CNC Routers, One of 2 Homag Beam Saws and Bargstedt Storage System, one of 4 Ott or Homag Edgebanders, Postformers or Hot Pressing line.
• The successful applicant would be trained to work various types of woodworking machinery during there Apprenticeship.

Ability to work 38 hours per week and additional hours when necessary is essential.
