As our new Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for our Sales and Service teams. Positioned at the front desk of our LDV, MG & Nissan dealerships in Campbelltown, you'll be the welcoming face to visitors, all while seamlessly multitasking in a bustling environment. Your exceptional multitasking abilities will ensure you maintain a warm and engaging demeanor while delivering top-notch administrative support to our teams!To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting guests and guiding them accordingly
- Assisting potential clients with inquiries
- Booking vehicles for service and recalls using ERA and Excel
- Performing general administration support tasks
- Delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk, welcoming customers warmly and aiding with all enquiries
- Handling incoming phone calls and providing assistance via phone and email
- Completing front office and administration duties as per standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a busy environment, with the ability to manage competing demands, work to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
