The Approvals Manager reports to the Senior Precinct Approvals Manager and is responsible for managing a team of people developing complex planning approvals documentation for the project’s precinct planning, in collaboration with project teams and external advisers. The Approvals Manager will have a proven ability to successfully draft planning documentation and a strong knowledge of Victorian planning legislation and frameworks.
