NHMRC is seeking experienced and high performing candidates to fill a variety of positions in roles supporting the delivery of grants administration. Roles and responsibilities may include involvement in pre and/or post award grants administration. Our ideal candidate is well organised, has excellent time management, is highly reliable, is an effective communicator with good attention to detail, is quick to learn and comfortable working with a variety of people and within a team delivering quality customer service and administrative/secretariat support. Grant Project Officers require sound communication and problem-solving skills, customer service experience, attention for detail and process-oriented thinking, ability to understand and follow work instructions and interrogate policy to provide a recommendation to an approver following standard process.
