HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic APS5 Level Project Officer on behalf of our esteemed client based in Surry Hills NSW. This role will be instrumental in contributing to the success of the Service Design Planning Branch, supporting the national rollout of the PACE CRM and providing hypercare support for major releases.
About the Role:
As an APS5 Level Project Officer, you will play a key role in project management and coordination activities, ensuring the successful implementation of programs aligned with the Agency's objectives. This position requires a high level of autonomy and involves providing procedural guidance, technical expertise, and policy advice within your area of specialisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management and coordination activities, monitoring program and project activities against plans.
- Contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedules.
- Provide advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in specific project areas.
- Perform research and analysis, contributing to the preparation of reports on project activities.
- Contribute to regular project reporting, including status updates and exception reports.
- Draft various written materials, including business cases, plans, executive briefs, and corporate documentation.
- Assist with monitoring project budgets, review and report on expenditure, and assist with procurement and contract management.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and benefits.
- Contribute to project quality management to ensure deliverables meet client needs.
