Digital Project Officer

• Support the Digital Performance team to manage a community of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) users
• Base Salary $95,860 - $103,341 + 17% superannuation

About the opportunityWe are looking for a Digital Project Officer to support Digital Projects to ensure content is aligned with the University's web principles, and platforms are technically enabled to support marketing and communications objectives. This role will support the Digital Performance team to manage a community of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) users, along with the delivery of projects through an Agile approach.Your key responsibilities will be to

• lead small, self-contained development projects and bug fixes, and support with testing on larger initiatives
• manage university wide AEM access and communications and oversee the maintenance of AEM training materials
• provide specialist knowledge regarding new and emerging technologies and programs as well as best practice in digital marketing and content marketing
• develop effective and supportive relationships with staff at all levels across the University and maintain a customer-focused approach in the delivery of services.

About you

• tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• high attention to detail as well as strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
• understanding of project management approaches to technology and website projects
• experience with website content management systems, preferably AEM
• experience with analytics and website accessibility guidelines
